Katarek The compressor nebulizer is extremely quiet for a device in this category. The noise level is only ≤50 dB(A), making nebulisation more comfortable for the child and parents. And most importantly, is universal. It is suitable for the use of various types of drugs, salts, as well as other substances intended for nebulisation for children and adults.

In addition, it has a display that allows full control of the nebulisation time in 25/20/15/10/5 minutes settings. This makes it easier for parents to choose the inhalation time range. The nebulizer is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry and store.

Katarek saline solution

Physiological salt is a mandatory equipment of the first aid kit, especially when there is a small child in the family. It is safe for the youngest and useful both during illness and in everyday care.

Katarek saline solution is a multipurpose product. It will work in hygiene of the nose, eyes, nose, washing wounds, as well as for nebulisation. It is an isotonic, sterile solution of sodium chloride 0,9% in disposable, easy-to-use ampoules.

Katarek NaCl hypertonic salt solution 3%

Hypertonic salt 3% is a sterile hypertonic sodium chloride solution (NaCl 3%), which is designed to nebulize and clear the airways. Katarek Hypertonic salt solution supports the removal of secretions from the lower respiratory tract thanks to osmotic action, which is especially useful in the case of cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis or bronchiolitis. It also prevents the bronchial mucosa from drying out. It can be used in infants, children and adults with pneumatic or ultrasonic nebulizers – preferably after consulting a doctor.

Possible side effects of hypertonic salt 3%:

In rare cases, transient irritation may occur (e.g. cough) or reversible bronchoconstriction. Your doctor will prescribe pre-treatment with bronchodilators. If side effects occur, treatment should be discontinued and the advice of your doctor or pharmacist should be sought.
