Connecting elements such as pegs,

is a real challenge in metalworking due to the heavy load. The S-STUD1600 capacitor welding machine can handle even hard metals thanks to its high capacitance of 72000 µF capacitor and storage energy of 1600 J. With CD ignition, you can quickly melt the tip of the pin and the material being processed. When pressed, the arc will go out, and both parts will be permanently connected to each other. This will allow you to heat up to 20 dowels per minute. You can use the machine for sheets from 0,5 mm thick.

The stud welding machine is easy to use

and has a clear control panel. A large, modern LED screen is placed next to the voltage regulator 20 - 195 V. On it there are three status indicators (charging, ready to work, welding). The device is designed for threaded or cylindrical pins with a size from M3 to M10 and a maximum length of 40 mm. A separate handle is available for each size (except M7). On the welding gun, you can set the pressure smoothly. Three cylindrical pistol shanks will ensure precise, vertical positioning of the pins. The smooth-running regulator has markings with which you can optimally choose the voltage for different sizes of studs. Two ground wires will improve conductivity and increase short circuit protection.
