The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY conveyor is designed to transport large-format ceramic plates, up to 320 cm long. It can be used together with the SLIM CUTTER cutter and TC-125 saw.
The conveyor consists of two profiles made of extruded aluminum, reinforced and adjustable in the range from 165 cm to 320 cm , and two crossbeams stiffening the structure, especially when handling the heaviest materials.
Thanks to the 6 suction cups with pump , the user can adjust the attachment points to the size of the plate. Make sure the surface is clean and free from dust and other contaminants before positioning the suction cups correctly.
The set has 4 handles (2 on each profile) that can be located along the profiles, depending on the needs and preferences of the user.
The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY conveyor is primarily used to transport ceramic plates with a thickness of 6 mm or more . These materials, due to their dimensions, are very heavy, unlike the 3-5 mm thick boards we are used to. The aluminum structure of SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY provides a maximum load capacity of up to 140 kg.
In the case of such weights, and always taking into account the weight of the conveyor itself, the load per user should be considered. Therefore, in some cases, only the participation of 3 or 4 operators will allow for safe handling of the heaviest materials.
