Very easy to use.
- Put the mouthpiece connected to the hose, inhale at such intensity to get the desired speed. At low flow, only one ball will be raised in the first chamber, at higher flow, the other two balls will be raised in turn.
- Keep breathing in for ok. 3 seconds.
- Move the mouthpiece away from your mouth and exhale at a natural pace.
Repeat the exercise as directed by your doctor. Rinse the mouthpiece with lukewarm water before and after use and allow to dry.
