RX-1402 spirometer for breathing exercises Reha Fund

The Reha Fund spirometer is a device supporting convalescence after severe upper respiratory tract infections. The product was created for people who are struggling with chronic and recurrent respiratory diseases: asthma, cystic fibrosis or obstructive pulmonary disease. The spirometer consists of a main chamber in which 3 colored balls are placed. With the mouthpiece, air enters the chambers, which illustrate the volume of inhaled air. How to use the spirometer

1. Sit in a straight position.
2. Hold the device upright.
3. Tighten your mouth around the mouthpiece, which is located at the end of the inspiratory tube.
4. Take a slow breath to lift the ball in one, two or three chambers.
5. Keep inhaling for at least 2-3 seconds or as long as possible.
6. Remove the mouthpiece and breathe out slowly through your nose.
7. Repeat the exercise as directed by your doctor or physiotherapist (usually 10-15 times).
8. Remember to take a break after each exercise.
9. After the exercise, take a deep breath and cough up the secretion in your lungs.
10. The device can be used every 2 hours during the day and also at night.
