I CHARGED THE SIM CARD, THE CAMERA IS STILL OFFLINE, WHY?

• Turn off the camera, remove the SIM card, reinstall it, and then turn on the camera to see if the camera can connect to mobile data. This is a card reactivation because it did not work before it was charged.

THE CAMERA ONLY CONNECTED FOR 1 DAY AND THEN SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING, WHAT HAPPENED?

• If you use the SIM card we offer and have previously successfully connected it, because the SIM card we offer has only 300 MB of mobile test data, can you check whether the reason is the lack of other mobile data on the card.

HOW MUCH DOES A MONTHLY SIM CARD FOR THIS 4G CAMERA COST?

• Because it is a 4G camera, you need to get the data. We provide 300 MB of data for testing.

CAN I USE ANOTHER SIM CARD?
