Welding

High welding performance with excellent seam finish and minimal chipping. Ease of use allows even novice users to quickly master the welding technique. The warranty of up to two years and comprehensive advice provide full support for our customers. Precise welding of thin sheets is our specialty. Our welding machines are suitable even for the most demanding tasks.

1. The length of fiber optic cable: The standard length of fiber optic cable is 10 meters, which gives about 9 meters of effective range.
2. Auxiliary gas: nitrogen or argon: For a white and bright welded surface, we recommend using nitrogen or argon. In cases where special requirements are not placed regarding the appearance of the weld, the use of compressed air will be sufficient.
3. Wire feeder information: a single wire feeder is a standard piece of equipment for our machines and comes complete with the device. Ask about the double feeder.

Laser cleaning function

Laser cleaning is a process that uses a concentrated beam of laser light to remove impurities from the surface of various materials. Unlike traditional cleaning methods such as sandblasting or brushing, laser cleaning is non-contact and does not cause mechanical damage to the material.

How does laser cleaning work?

• Laser-surface interaction: When a laser beam falls on a contaminated surface, light energy is absorbed by the impurities, causing them to suddenly warm up and evaporate.
• Removal of impurities: Thanks to precise control of laser parameters, it is possible to remove only a layer of impurities without damaging the substrate.
• Contactless: The laser cleaning process is completely non-contact, allowing you to clean delicate surfaces and components with complex shapes.

Unique Control System Features - it's only with us

Two touch displays LCD HMI, laser welding machine and wire feeder, have a menu in Polish. The control system has a memory of the technologies used, thanks to which switching between materials is possible in a few seconds. As the first in Poland we have a library of processes, containing 4 materials, 6 thicknesses, 2 wire diameters plus standard technology, i.e. as much as 49 memory. And it's all editable. From the library, we remotely and automatically control the wire feeder - you do not need to enter values separately on it. You will only do this when it is necessary.
