Heater BAKON BK946S 450W is designed m.in for:

The heater has a thick hob made of aluminum alloy. Thanks to the use of aluminum, we obtain precision temperature controlled by the controller constant over time.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HEATER

1. Thanks to the use of the PID temperature control and measurement system, the device is very accurate in maintaining the set temperature.
2. The automatic parameter memory function remembers and maintains the previously set values.
3. Accurate aluminum alloy cooktop ensures precise and even heat transfer and prevents deformation during soldering while low energy consumption.
4. The timer function allows you to turn off and cool the heater after the programmed time has elapsed.

With an extensive heating area of 100x100mm, solder (balls) can be replaced on several BGA systems at once.

Thanks to appropriate heaters and heating temperature of up to 400°C, the heater is used for the flow of both lead and lead-free soldering.
