✔ Softboxes work great at short distances. Set them as close as possible to illuminated people or objects, right on the border of the frame.

✔ Two light sources set at angles of 45 degrees to the photographed person is a setting that will allow you to equally illuminate the face or the entire figure. It is best to soften them with softboxes.
