REFLECTORS are located on the straps at the handle. Thanks to this, the poles outside their utility function make us much more visible on the road and trail!!

The poles have a very strong tip, which we can protect with covers (while passing through asphalt, pavement or cobblestone) that are included in the set.

The handles are made of a combination of special plastic and cork. They are recognized as the best type of handles / "handles" for Nordic walking and mountain tourism

The straps at the handle are adjustable and fastened with Velcro.

The poles are made of reinforced aluminum (this reduces weight and protects against corrosion). They consist of two telescopic parts. The minimum length is 66 cm, after the maximum extension we get sticks 135 cm.

ANTISHOCK - is a cushioning system, with the option to turn on/off (ON/)FF). Protects joints and hands from injuries and rapid fatigue. Turning on and off is achieved by tightening to the resistance - until you click both parts of the pole (telescope). After sensing this “click” place, we can (slightly unscrewing or tightening) turn on the cushioning or block it. In mountainous terrain, it is recommended to block the ANTISHOCK system for the time of climbing the peaks, and turn it on during descent. .

• When choosing the length of poles, we use the principle: 0.68 x height. The angle of the forearm in relation to the arm should be 90 degrees, when the poles are held at the height of the handle, and the tips of the poles rest on the ground at a right angle.
