The slow juicer operates on the principle of a hydraulic press. Thanks to very little oxidation and a small breakdown of nutrients, we get a great juice. The juicer operates at speeds of up to 50 revolutions per minute. Greater efficiency and slower action reduce the damage resulting from oxidation and increase the nutritional value of the juice.
