Pressing instead of scraping

The process of juicing in the press allows a specially designed snail that shreds fruits and vegetables. All ingredients are filtered through a strainer that lets in a minimum amount of pulp while retaining all the nutrients. Finally, the extracted juice is separated from the pulp.
