The S350 slow juicer offers great possibilities when it comes to the variety of juices prepared.

You can squeeze practically everything: from hard root vegetables such as carrots, beets or celery, through all kinds of fruits, even soft ones: strawberries, raspberries or currants, to all kinds of leafy vegetables such as cabbage, parsley lettuce or wheat grass.

Unlike ordinary juicers, the S350 slow juicer obtains juice by working at slow speed - 80 RPM.

Fruits and vegetables are crushed thanks to the work of a snail, which means that the flowing juice retains all health-promoting properties, i.e.:

• full richness of vitamins
• active enzymes
• active forms of active substances
• any nutrients that the plants from which the juice was squeezed had.

The principle of operation of the juicer.

An integral part of the juicers is the snail, whose task is to thoroughly crush the pulp of fruits and vegetables. Under the influence of crushing forces, the walls of plant cells are torn apart and the juice can flow freely from them. The snail, compared to the juicer disc, rotates very slowly, which means that the juice is not aerated, and the substances contained in it are much slower to oxidize, so juice from the juicer can be stored in the refrigerator up to 72 hours.

Properties of the obtained juice.

The juice obtained from the juicer is more dense and aromatic, because it contains more active substances – the slow process allows for better “derive” of these substances from plant cells.

Juice has better health-promoting properties.

It has more active substances, besides they retain their active form – they are not oxidized.

The juice is not brought to a high temperature. Thanks to this, we avoid the typical for juicers large amount of foam. The product from the slow-moving juicer is a real vitamin bomb!

What should I keep in mind when juicing?

At least a few things:

• Start with harder fruits and vegetables, gradually move on to the softer ones.
• Before juicing carrots, beets or celery (or other hard root vegetables), cut them into smaller pieces – the pressing process will go faster
• When the drill cuts, turn on the reverse function – the drill will start to rotate in the opposite direction, and the locking element will be pushed out.
• The device should not work for more than 30 minutes without interruption, after this time you should take at least 15 minutes break.

REVERSE MODE - REVERSE

The S350 juicer has the function of reverse work, which is useful for the toughest vegetables, fruits or nuts.

There is no need to disassemble the juicer and pull out the locked element! Just press the switch on the reverse gear. The blocked element will then be withdrawn and you can continue juicing.

This function is rarely used but necessary in case of jamming of products in the extrusion chamber. Making several turns in the opposite direction will allow you to quickly return to further work.

Easy cleaning

The device is easy to keep clean. All components are easily disassembled and most often you only need to rinse them.

Juice containers, drill, tray, pusher are dishwasher safe.

The juicer has a pre-cleaning function. Simply pour half a liter of warm water into the hole so that the device automatically rinses out most of the remaining particles after extruded fruits and vegetables.
