COLD PRESSING

Traditional juicers generate up to several thousand revolutions per minute. This ensures that the juice is heated, as a result of which vitamins and microelements beneficial for health are broken down. In addition, the resulting juice oxidizes, which worsens its taste and color. Meanwhile, GOTIE slow juicers offer cold pressing. The secret of juicers lies in the low rotational speed: the less rotation there is, the more gently fruits and vegetables are squeezed and the more nutritional values are preserved. A specially constructed auger presses the juice through a sieve made of hardened steel, without leading to loss of nutritional value.

CONVENIENCE OF USE

Our philosophy is to make the use of GOTIE devices comfortable and enjoyable. Simple operation and intuitive iconography make it easy to use the full functionality of GOTIE juicers. The GSJ-630 line devices are equipped with two inlet holes: the wide-hole inlet tube makes it easy to apply larger products, while the narrow one will work well with longitudinal vegetables, such as carrots. The auger with a unique, elongated shape makes it easy to pick up inserted particles without the need for a pusher. Ergonomic stoppers in the bowl prevent dripping and allow you to mix juices from different products. When a particle gets stuck in the bowl, you can easily unlock it using the reverse gear.
