The pan is not suitable for use in microwave ovens and dishwasher safe.
➡ After cooking, clean the dish with a stiff nylon brush or a special cast iron dish cleaner and hot water.
➡ It is not recommended to use soap and never use harsh detergents.
➡ Immediately dry with a paper towel and rub with a very thin layer of vegetable oil while the dish is still warm (for this purpose we recommend specialized oil, dedicated to seasoning cast iron).
➡ Do not allow the protective layer of vegetable oil to dry - this may cause the pan to rust.
SEASONING / SECURING THE PAN:
The action should be done before the first use of the pan and repeated every few months if it is not used regularly.
1. Wash the dish with hot soapy water and a stiff brush. (Use soap ONLY when you are preparing to re-protect your cookware). Rinse and dry completely.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of molten vegetable fat or selected cooking oil (for this purpose we recommend specialized access oil at our other auction) to the dish (inside and outside).
3. Place the aluminum foil on the bottom shelf of the oven, then set the oven temperature to 180-200 °C.
4. Place the dish upside down on the top shelf of the oven and bake it for at least an hour.
5. After an hour, turn off the oven and leave the dishes to cool.
6. Store your kitchen utensil uncovered, in a dry place.
