- Go to the printer settings. Find an option for the type of paper. Select “Continuous Paper” or a similar option to change the settings.
- In-App Paper Settings: In the app, go to Label Settings. Choose the type of paper and set “Continuous Paper”. Customize other print parameters, such as label length.
Q: Can I print both vertically and horizontally?
A: Yes, with the Phomemo app you can specify both print width and orientation.
Q: How do I know if I have the correct paper size selected in the app?
A: When changing the roll, the printer itself recognizes the width of the tape and sends this information to the application. Changing the roll does not require additional changes to the printer settings.
Q: Can you print your graphics and images on the printer, or only those available in the app?
A: Of course, in addition to the built-in gallery, you can also add your own photos and graphics to your projects.
Q: Does the printer support polish characters?
A: Yes. Most of the fonts in the app support polish characters.
Q: Are labeled containers or dishes dishwasher safe?
A: Of course, in our range of consumables we have tapes made of solid laminated thermal film. They are ideal for washing in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 70°C. However, labels printed on plain thermal paper are not dishwasher safe.
