TS101 is a mini soldering iron, an upgraded version of TS100. Compared to its predecessor, it is characterized by i.a. Wider screen and USB-C charging capability. At the same time, the TS100 soldering iron tips are compatible with the new soldering iron. The TS101 uses dual DC and PD power input. The DC5525 interface power range has been extended to DC 9-24V (up to 65W). The USB-C interface replaces the original Micro USB interface, which is used to update the firmware, and serves as a standard PD power input up to 45W.
The TS101 includes an intelligent processor that accurately controls the temperature and monitors the soldering iron tip. It also features an automatic sleep mode and an automatic overheating warning.
The newly added “Boost” heating function allows you to heat up quickly in a short time. In addition, the temperature is displayed on the OLED screen and can be adjusted accurately and easily from 122°F to 752°F (50°C to 400°C).
Once connected to your computer, you can update the firmware, configure (reset the set temperature, etc. ) and customize the start logo.
It uses a larger OLED screen with a resolution of 128x32 pixels to display more heating data. The screen not only clearly displays the operating temperature, but also displays the instantaneous voltage, set temperature and instantaneous power bar.
