The soldering station allows you to set your preferred temperature scale – Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F), which allows you to adjust the device to the individual needs of the user.

Temperature calibration function

The temperature at the outlet of the flask may differ from the set value depending on the type of nozzle installed and the natural wear of the heating element. Therefore, it is important to be able to adjust the temperature so that it corresponds to the actual value.

The WEP 8858-IV soldering station enables quick and easy calibration, which ensures precise temperature control and extends the life of the device.

The hot air flask stand allows you to safely put the flask away.

The special profiling of the flask makes the air flow stable and focused.

In the flask there is a heating element on a ceramic skeleton, built of thick wire covered with mica, which protects against accidental short circuit with the housing. The heater with a power of 700 W guarantees instant heating to the set temperature, enabling efficient work with electronic components and comfortable welding of plastics.

Repairs in the electronic service are associated with many threats both for the repaired elements and for the service technician. The soldering station ensures the highest safety standards and is designed in accordance with ESD Safe standards.

The Hot air flask has a standard outlet size of 22 mm, which provides a large selection of solder nozzles available on the market.

These nozzles fit models: Aoyue, PT, Hakko, Sunnko and many others. At our other auctions, you can buy as many as 80 types of solder nozzles, including BGA, PLCC, SIP, SOP, QFP nozzles and plastic welding nozzles such as BUT, Iron, Super Nozzle and many more.

The nozzles in our station are distinguished by a gap, which allows the removal of excess reversing air, especially at high temperatures and low airflow. This solution significantly extends the life of the heating element and prevents overheating, which is rarely found in other manufacturers.

Included with the soldering station are interchangeable nozzles with a gap:

• Round nozzle 7 mm: for precise operations requiring concentrated heating.
• Round nozzle 8 mm: for larger areas where even heating is needed.
