Temperature correction function: When using a soldering station, the value of the set temperature may vary, which is a natural phenomenon depending on many factors, such as ambient temperature, wear of the heating element or type of nozzle. Therefore, the soldering iron is equipped with digital temperature correction, which allows for trouble-free soldering. The calibration procedure is quick and easy.

The soldering flask is equipped with a brushless fan with a soft start and high durability, which provides blowing power up to 120 L/min and high reliability.

In the flask there is a heating element on a ceramic skeleton, built of thick wire covered with mica, which protects against accidental short circuit with the housing. The ceramic heater guarantees instant heating to the set temperature, enabling efficient work with electronic components and comfortable welding of plastics.

The Hot air flask has a standard outlet size of 22 mm, which provides a large selection of solder nozzles available on the market.

These nozzles fit models: Aoyue, PT, Hakko, Sunnko and many others. At our other auctions, you can buy as many as 80 types of solder nozzles, including BGA, PLCC, SIP, SOP, QFP nozzles and plastic welding nozzles such as BUT, Iron, Super Nozzle and many more.

The nozzles in our station are distinguished by a gap, which allows the removal of excess reversing air, especially at high temperatures and low airflow. This solution significantly extends the life of the heating element and prevents overheating, which is rarely found in other manufacturers.

Included with the soldering station are interchangeable nozzles with a gap:

• Round nozzle 7 mm: for precise operations requiring concentrated heating.
• Round nozzle 9 mm: for larger areas where even heating is needed.
• Square nozzle 12x12 mm: for BGA systems.

A microcontact is placed in the holder for the hot air flask, which when the flask is put away causes it to go into a waiting state. Thanks to this solution, the life of the heater is extended, the air supply is turned off or reduced, which leads to energy savings.

Soldering flask model WEP 907F is a proven and popular flask, characterized by easy availability of consumable parts, such as heating element and tips.

The flask uses 900M type tips, which are widely available on the market – we offer as many as 90 types, including miniwave tips.

IMPORTANT

When switching on the station, the flask should be placed on the stand. After removing the flask, the station will start working.
