⚠ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MOUNTING SCREWS

However, it is worth knowing that some manufacturers (e.g. Select Samsung series or specific models with very deep VESA sockets) use custom threads or require extremely long screws. Due to the huge number of standards in the world, in these rare cases it may be necessary to purchase dedicated screws on your own.

Don't worry! These are standard metal elements that you can easily choose in any building market (cost of several zlotys), and the TAMDEL handle itself remains a fully compatible, universal mounting base for them.

⚠ IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Due to the high lever force, the handle must be mounted only on solid structures (reinforced concrete, full brick, solid wooden beams).

Suspended gutters (G-K): Installation directly to the plasterboard itself is prohibited. In this case, screw the handle directly to the ceiling above the plate.

1. Is this mount really a good fit for my TV? The TAMDEL holder is universal and fits most 37-86 inch receivers. To be 100% sure, check two parameters of your TV:

• Weight: must not exceed 50 kg.
• Standard VESA: The mounting hole spacing on the rear of the TV must be between 50x50 mm and 600x400 mm.

2. I have a house with an attic – can I mount the handle on a bevel? Yes! This is one of the biggest advantages of this model. The ceiling plate has an adjustable joint, which allows for installation at an angle. Thanks to this, the handle is ideal for attics, mezzanines and rooms with an inclined ceiling.

3. Are all mounting screws included? The set includes a complete, standard set of screws that fit 99% of TVs on the market.

• 💡 Good to know: In very rare cases (e.g. Specific Samsung models with extremely deep sockets), factory screws may turn out to be too short. In this situation, it is enough to buy dedicated screws in every construction market (this is the cost of several zlotys), and the handle itself remains a fully compatible base for them.

4. I have a suspended ceiling made of G-K panels – is the installation safe? Due to the weight of the TV and the strength of the lever, we do not recommend mounting only to drywall. In this case, the handle should be screwed directly to the concrete ceiling (through a hole in the slab).

5. How to hide cables so that they do not hang from the ceiling? The holder has an integrated cable masking system. The ceiling column is empty inside, which allows you to carry wires (power supply, HDMI, antenna) inside the pipe. Cables come out aesthetically directly at the TV and at the ceiling.
