Robust electromagnet construction combined with a high holding force of 15,500 Newtons (1580kg) allows for safe operation of the device in both vertical and horizontal positions.
At least 20 mm of steel is required to achieve 100% of the magnet's holding force. The magnet has a flat surface, so it should only be used on flat, smooth material where the entire surface of the magnet makes contact.
