PRECISE DRYING SYSTEM
Thanks to precise temperature control (from 25 to 90 degrees), the Wartmann® dehydrator allows you to dry all types of products, from herbs, fruits and mushrooms to meat snacks for your pet, in a way that ensures nutritional value and optimal working time.
HIGH CAPACITY
The Wartmann® dehydrator is up to 10 trays that allow optimal and even drying of up to 10 kg of product.
DRYING, NOT HEATING
The Wartmann® dehydrator has a large fan with a diameter of 18 cm generating a horizontal stream of dry air. The high power of the 800 W heater is effectively used, because it is washed by air so that all energy is directed exclusively to the evaporation of water. Due to the fact that not temperature but dry air is responsible for drying food, the cost of energy is small.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Despite its high power, the Wartmann® dehydrator consumes a small amount of electricity. Thanks to the use of a precise thermostat, the heater turns on only when the temperature inside the dryer drops. In a room with room temperature, it consumes on average half of the nominal power (approx. 1 kWh for 4 hours of drying at 50 degrees).
EVEN AND QUIET OPERATION
Cold air is precisely and efficiently distributed during drying, so that the food dries evenly throughout its volume. Food products are safely dried and there is no risk of mold or bacteria in inaccurately dried areas. In addition, this model is very quiet compared to competing dryers.
