💡 Tips for excellent drying results

🍎 Preparation of fruits and vegetables:

• To prevent darkening of apples or pears, before laying on trays, drizzle them gently with lemon juice. Try to cut the pieces to an equal thickness (approx. 3-5 mm) to dry at the same time.

🌿 Drying herbs:

• Herbs require the lowest temperatures (approx. 35-40°C) so as not to lose valuable essential oils. Lay them loosely on the grids and control the process – a dry leaf should easily crumble in your hands.

🥩 Perfect Beef Jerky:

• Before drying, marinate lean beef for a minimum of a few hours in the refrigerator. Dry at a temperature of approx. 65-70°C. The meat is ready when it breaks slightly when bending, but does not break.

🧼 Easy cleaning:

• Once the job is done, remove the trays and soak them in warm water with dishwashing liquid. Stainless steel 304 allows for quick removal of dried juices without the risk of corrosion.

⚠ Safety Information

Stable substrate:

• The device should only be used on an even, hard and resistant to high temperatures surface, with at least 10 cm of free space on each side to ensure proper ventilation.

Electrical safety:

• Before connecting, make sure that the network parameters comply with the specification (220V). Do not touch the plug or control panel with wet hands.

Note the high temperature:

• During the operation of the device (especially with settings close to 90°C), the metal housing and the interior are heated. Always use the included pliers or oven mitts to pull out trays and products.

Cleaning and maintenance:

• Before proceeding with any maintenance work or washing the interior, absolutely disconnect the device from the power source and wait until it cools completely. Never immerse the dryer body in water.
