Drying is one way of preserving food that allows you to store it for a long time. When drying mushrooms, vegetables and fruits on our own, we are sure that they are of good quality and do not contain any chemical additives.

The home mushroom dryer works on the principle of warm air flow generated from the bottom of the device. The air is blown onto all “floors” of the dryer and should be distributed evenly.

To maintain the best drying parameters, we suggest expanding to a maximum of 9 sieves. With an increased number of sieves, we recommend drying products with less humidity (e.g. herbs, thin slices of fruit) or extend drying time to maintain the best results.
