Food Dehydrator – What Does It Work?

Under the term dehydrator hides a dryer for fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and meat. It is a device that removes water from selected products, which significantly extends their durability. The process involves creating natural conditions during which water evaporates, but dried products do not lose valuable nutrients: vitamins and minerals. Moreover, using a dehydrator emphasizes their sweet or salty taste.

By drying the products yourself, you can be sure that there are no harmful additives in them.

Easy-to-use food dryer

Using the control panel with LCD display located on the front of the machine, you can set the temperature range and dryer working time that you want to adjust to the product. Vegetables, hard and soft fruits, herbs or meat have a different water content in them, so they require different settings. The longest processing should be soft fruit (up to 18 hours maintaining 60°C), the fastest drying herbs and even flowers (3h at 35°C).
