WHAT IS DRYING? : Drying is simply dehydration. Thanks to evaporation approx. 70 % of the water contained in fruits and vegetables, the products still retain their durability. As a result of evaporation of water, there is a concentration of ingredients found in fruits and vegetables, thanks to which, among other things, dried products are always sweeter than fresh ones.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE:

4. Warm air, the temperature of which is constantly controlled, circulates inside the dryer, between individual sieves, thus all products on the dryer sieves are thoroughly dried without losing their nutritional value.
