The inner diameter of the sieves is about 31,5cm, providing a large usable area. Standard chambers are about 3,4cm high, while the upper chamber is about 5cm. This allows you to dry both thin slices and slightly larger pieces of products.
You don’t have to use all the levels every time. You can adjust the number of sieves to the current amount of prepared food.
