Capacity up to 21 litres (Standard GN 1/1): The chamber of the appliance is fully adapted to one large catering container GN 1/1 with a depth of up to 150 mm (maximum capacity according to catering standards is 21L).

Freedom of configuration (No containers included): By selling the base itself, you can configure the device exactly as you need it. Instead of one container GN 1/1, you can place smaller dishes in the chamber, e.g. 2x GN 1/2, 3x GN 1/3 or 4x GN 1/4 (up to 150 mm deep), matching the bemar to the current menu.

Bain Marie Technology (Water Bath): Safe and gentle heating. The heating element heats water, which evenly gives heat to the food container. Dishes do not dry out, do not stick and do not burn.

High efficiency – 1500W: The high power of the device ensures very fast heating time and precise and stable temperature maintenance even with maximum chamber loading.
