PlyoBox Wood is a plyometric box and great fitness device for any athlete who wants to take exercise and training to the next level. It is made of durable wood, which guarantees stability and safety even during the most demanding workouts. It is suitable for plyometric training, called dynamic, explosive training of the lower body, which uses exercises such as jump or jumps in the distance.

At the same time, it is perfect for exercises aimed at development of stability and strength. You’ll also love it during CrossFit or HIIT training. On the both sides of the plyometric box there are practical cut handles, which will provide support during exercise and make it easier to carry. PlyoBox is delivered unassembled. The package contains all the necessary elements to assemble it. The maximum load of the plyometric box is 200 kg. Assembly instructions are included in the package of the plyometric box.

How to assemble PlyoBox?

1. Remove the plyometric box from the cardboard box. It should contain 9 wooden elements (2x small panel with cut-out handles, 2x large wooden panel, 2x medium panel, 3x wooden support panel) and set of 37 wooden screws.
2. Start by placing the bottom of the plyometric box (use 1 of the 2 large wooden panels included in the package). Then use the screws to connect it to the side panel of the box, which must be placed on the floor. (Use 1 medium sized panel without cut handles).
3. Slide the next part of the box (use 1 from 2 smaller panels with cut-out handles) into the gap formed after connecting the first two elements. Attach this small panel with 2 wooden screws. Attach the small panel to the one on the floor with one screw. Place the second screw in the middle of the edge of the small wooden panel to make sure that the individual pieces will hold together vertically. The remaining screws are mounted when all sides of the box are ready.
4. To install a second wooden panel with cut-out handles, repeat step 3.
5. Install a second medium-sized panel without cut-out handles. Use 3 screws for each wood panel to stabilize it. Screw the center screws on each side to attach all panels to the bottom of the plyometric box.
6. Continue connecting 2 large wooden support panels using the free space inside. Then use the wooden screw to install the last smaller support panel in the middle of this wooden support panel.
7. Place this support panel in the middle of the plyometric box.
8. Then place the top part on the created plyometric box (use the other large wooden panel) and attach it with wooden screws.
9. Rotate the plyometric box and mount all other wooden screws to make sure all the parts fit together.
