The use of modern technology in the TM-NEB MESH inhaler means that the vibrations of the membrane cause the liquid to break down without the membrane heating up, so that the structure of the drug at the molecular level does not change. Thanks to this, it works well both when administering medicines, e.g. in asthma as well as in the treatment of colds.

The inhaler has two nebuliser modes: microwave mode (MicroWave® technology) and adjustable nebuliser mode.

Regulated nebulisation mode

To adjust the intensity of the nebulisation, set its level with the "+" and "-" buttons. This mode starts first when the device is turned on. This allows you to freely adjust the intensity of nebulisation depending on the user's needs. If an adult is nebulised, the intensity should be increased if the child is reduced. In this way, we increase the efficiency of nebulisation and its effectiveness. The LED in this mode lights up blue.

Microwave mode

MicroWave® technology is a modern method of nebulisation, thanks to which the right amount of drug stays in the body longer. Nebulisation starts at a maximum speed of 0,7 ml/min, and after approx. 3 seconds gradually drops to 0,25 ml/min, returning again after approx. 3 seconds to maximum speed (wave nebulisation). This distribution of the nebulisation speed allows it to be optimally adapted to the user's breathing, thanks to which when inhaling the patient gets a large "injection" of the drug and when exhaling it does not consume it in excess. This improves the efficiency of the entire nebulisation.

To switch to this mode, press and hold the button (ON) for 3 seconds - the LED will flash 3 times. During this mode, do not press "+" and "-" this will return to standard (adjustable) mode.

Important information

The TM-NEB MICRO MESH inhaler may be fitted with medicines for inhalation in membrane inhalers. This information is included in the summary of product characteristics (drug leaflet) of the preparation. It should be read before use. Oily substances (essential oils and other oil-based products, liquids that contain oily or suspended particles) must not be used. Nebu-dose hyaluronic and nebu-dose plus should not be used as this preparation has an optimal effect only with pneumatic-piston inhalers and therefore problems may arise when used with another type of inhaler.
