The Hendi meat grinder is a professional device designed for grinding any type of unfrozen boneless and skinless meat. It will work at home and in small shops, restaurants and catering establishments. The device has CE certificate and meets the requirements of Sanitary.
Execution
The offered wolf is made of the highest quality materials so that it fulfills its tasks for a long time. The stainless steel body and loading tray are easy to clean. Gardziel is made of durable cast iron while loading hopper and head of polished aluminum. All components are easy to disassemble, which makes it easy to wash the device.
Anti-slip feet ensure adequate stability during operation.
The set includes 2 strainers with a diameter of 70 mm with holes with diameters of 6 and 8 mm, funnel for filling sausages and pusher made of plastic.
We also offer a strainer with a hole diameter of 4,5 mm.
Service
The wolf is equipped with a powerful engine with a power of 550 W. Its rotational speed is 170 rpm. /min, which allows you to achieve a temporary grinding capacity of up to 100 kg/h.
The offered model is designed for intermittent work. After every 10-15 minutes, take a minimum of 5 minutes break. The device has overload protection with reset function.
