Cable dragging system

The shelf is equipped with a special hole that allows you to carry wires in a safe and aesthetic way.

Discrete installation method

The mounting foot is designed so that when the device is placed on the shelf, the mounting method is invisible - even for low devices!

Extremely durable and roomy

The thickness of steel is up to 3mm. The shelf is mounted on three solid expansion pins. This allows you to mount really heavy objects up to 12kg.

Universality

The shelf can be easily mounted in reverse so that the mounting foot is under the shelf.

The shelf was made by laser cutting sheet metal on a precision fiber laser CNC. The edges were bent with a modern CNC edger, which allowed to achieve a perfectly reproduced contour and perfectly smooth edges with an accuracy of 0,01 mm.

The shelf has been carefully prepared for painting. In order to obtain the best quality and durability of the varnish coating, the shelf has been subjected to sanding.

Sandblasting is the process of cleaning surfaces with abrasive material in a stream of compressed air. The sandblasting effect is similar to grinding, however, the cleaned surface is more even and obtains the roughness required for painting.

The shelf was painted with powder paint from the Swiss company IGP Pulvertechnik with great adhesion ensuring amazing quality. The structure of the paint makes the shelf resistant to fingerprints, scratches and looks sensational.

The powder coating process involves covering the elements with paint powder and then hardening the coating in the furnace with a temperature of approx. 200°C.
