WIDE SELECTION OF SIZES, COLORS AND NUMBER OF SHELVES

The huge Helios series offers racks not only in various colors. Various heights (up to 320cm), widths (up to 180cm) and depths (up to 60cm) are available. For example, a bookcase with a height of 270cm can have from 3 to as many as 14 shelves!

In our auctions you will buy ready-made multi-shelf combinations or buy shelves for racks you already have.

You will create a multicolor bookcase - you are limited only by your imagination.

HOW IS THE LOAD CAPACITY FOR THE NUMBER OF REINFORCEMENTS UNDER THE SHELF?

MDF countertops are reinforced with metal crossbars. The more crossbars, the greater the load capacity of the rack.

The maximum load capacity of the rack can be up to 2400kg! This is much more than the competition offers.

You can choose from four types of shelf load capacity: 175kg, 275kg, 350kg and 400kg.

Green "bird" we marked the standard load capacity for shelves with widths of 75-120cm (1 reinforcement - 175kg, 2 reinforcements - 275kg, 3 reinforcements - 350kg, 4 reinforcements - 400kg).

Exception are square shelves and widths of 150cm, 180cm - these are marked with red exclamation mark. In the case of squares, the load capacity of 175kg is obtained in the absence of reinforcements under the shelf. In the case of shelves with a width of 150 and 180cm 2 reinforcements fall on a load capacity of 175kg, and 4 reinforcements on a load capacity of 275kg.

WHAT DOES A HELIOS BOOKCASE CONSIST OF AND HOW TO EASILY COMBINE TWO AND TWO BOOKCASES INTO ONE FROM ONE BOOKCASE?

Leg profiles with heights from 180cm consist of a minimum of two elements (180cm, 196cm, 213cm - 2 elements, above - 3 elements).

They are connected by leg switches to height. With this combination of legs the rack does not lose its stability - the rack always retains its assumed load capacity. The advantage of this functionality is the possibility of spreading the purchased rack into two separate racks.

And so, when buying a bookcase with a height of 180cm, you have the opportunity to get two bookcases of 90cm in height. At 270cm height you can get 2 or 3 separate racks. You install as you like :)

Remember! If you want to divide one bookcase into two separate ones, buy a set of feet at our auctions, if you want to combine two bookcases into one, buy a set of leg connectors.

SIMPLE AND QUICK PUSH-IN ASSEMBLY WITHOUT TOOLS!

You mount on the press-snap. You do not need tools, equipment, screws. Only a rubber mallet will help.

SOLID METAL PROFILES, LARGE POSSIBILITY OF ADJUSTING SHELVES, WALL MOUNTING

Unlike the competition, we offer solid and stable steel profiles of legs at our auctions. On the entire length of steel profiles are placed every 35mm shelf mounting space.

At any time you can add an additional shelf or change the distance between the currently installed shelves.

In addition, we have designed several holes for mounting the rack to the wall. We do not attach studs and screws for mounting to the wall - adjust them on your own depending on the type of wall.

CONNECT OUR RACKS IN SERIES AND STRENGTHEN THE WHOLE STRUCTURE EVEN MORE :)

You can connect individual racks in series using steel connectors. They connect two legs at any height. To connect two racks together, use a set of 4 connectors.

The combination of many racks in this way will maximally strengthen the whole structure.

EFFECTIVE METHODS OF CORROSION PROTECTION - ZINC COATING OF STEEL AND POWDER COATING

1. We used galvanized zinc plating for galvanized racks - we immersed the steel profiles in a solution containing zinc salts and conducted electricity. The electrochemical reaction that occurred covered the steel with a base layer of zinc, forming a protective layer on it. In this way, we have obtained extraordinary protection against corrosion, and thus incredible durability.

2. racks with a different finish than galvanized have been prepared slightly differently. In this case, we applied powdered paint to the surface of the steel using an appropriate method. In the next step we acted very high temperature on the painted element, thanks to which we received not only beautiful even colors, but also high resistance to mechanical and atmospheric conditions.

Both methods met our expectations 100%, and you will be satisfied with the customer!

We will sew a light and airy polypropylene cover for your bookcase. It will protect your items from dust and keep them organized.

APPLIED PLATES AND METHOD FOR PROTECTION AGAINST MOISTURE

In our racks we used resistant MDF with a thickness of up to 9mm. Plates are also cut by us to non-standard dimensions - which you can also buy at our auctions. As a few on the market, we offer the maximum number of rack combinations.

MDF you can paint at your discretion in the color of your choice. In this way, you will give the whole structure its own design and using the right paint for anti-moisture purposes you will expand the use of your rack in rooms exposed to moisture.

WHERE WILL OUR RACKS WORK BEST?

The Helios series is excellent for storing goods in warehouses, wholesalers, shops, pantries and cellars. METHOD OF SELECTING AND INSTALLING REINFORCEMENTS UNDER SHELVES

Reinforcements determining the load capacity of the shelf choose according to demand. Remember that reinforcements can be freely placed under the shelf, move them and adapt them to the goods you place on it. However, take care of even load of the shelf to make the most of its load capacity.

All items are completed before shipping, which means that the first package does not have to include all elements of the first rack.
