Garrett ACE Apex is a modern, extremely versatile metal detector designed for enthusiasts who expect maximum precision and comfort in all conditions. Thanks to innovative Multi-Flex technology and a wide frequency range, the device effectively detects both large coins and small, poorly conductive objects, offering advanced target identification, intelligent control of ferrous signals and excellent stability even on heavily mineralized soils and in salt water. Intuitive operation, hybrid audio system, Z-Lynk wireless technology and a powerful battery make Apex a smooth, precise and convenient search – from the beach to difficult terrain full of relics.

A new level of flexibility thanks to Multi-Flex technology

At the heart of the device is the innovative Multi-Flex technology, based on a wide-band intelligent digital platform, providing unbeatable versatility and precision in all conditions. Apex offers a wide range of frequencies - 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 15 kHz, 20 kHz, Multi-Frequency and Multi-Salt, which allows you to perfectly match the settings to the type of objects you are looking for and the characteristics of the terrain. Lower frequencies provide better detection of larger and more conductive targets, such as large silver coins, while higher frequencies are perfect for detecting small and poorly conductive objects, e.g. nuggets of gold or thin coins.

Precise identification and control of iron objects

Iron Audio is a unique solution that helps you correctly recognize complex iron objects, e.g. caps. In addition, the Iron Volume system allows independent volume control of signals from ferrous objects, without affecting non-ferrous objects. With eight levels of adjustment, you can reduce the annoying sounds of unwanted finds while maintaining complete control over the signaling of important targets. Experienced seekers will appreciate the ability to hear all signals, while reducing the volume of those less valuable.

Accuracy in all terrain conditions

Garrett ACE Apex will work in almost any form of exploration, such as collecting coins, searching for relics, exploring beaches, wading in shallow water, or searching for gold. The advanced Multi-Flex Multi-Frequency technology enables effective detection of objects in various soil types, including high mineralization environments and salt water. On the other hand, the 175-point ground balance adjustment allows you to adjust the detector even better to the situation.

Intuitive operation

Convenient access buttons to the most frequently used functions and clear menus make the operation of the device quick and comfortable even for less experienced users. The backlit LCD screen with large target identification numbers guarantees excellent readability in all lighting conditions.

Hybrid audio system

Apex uses a hybrid sound system that combines the simplicity of binary sound with proportional audio, allowing you to better recognize weak signals and more accurately assess the depth of the target. In addition, 5-ton sound identification enables more advanced differentiation of objects compared to previous Garrett models.

Advanced modes

The device offers six detection modes such as zero, coins, American coins, jewelry, relics and custom. High-resolution discrimination based on 20 pixels of Notch Discrimination, including 8 for iron, provides exceptional accuracy for eliminating unwanted objects.

Stability and software updates

Garrett ACE Apex provides free software updates that improve the overall stability of work, the speed and precision of ground balance in salt water, the accuracy of pinpoint functions, or the distinction of tones between value objectives and iron. What’s more, the built-in Z-Lynk Wireless technology provides audio transmission up to 6 times faster than Bluetooth, eliminating delays and allowing for a comfortable search without the need for cables and extension cords.

Precision and range

The set includes a 6" x 11" DD Multi-Flex™ Viper waterproof coil, offering convenience and accuracy in all conditions. The 11-inch width ensures efficient searching of large areas, such as ploughed fields, while the narrow 6-inch profile makes it easy to separate targets in places littered with iron. Please note that the coil is designed specifically for Multi-Flex technology and is not compatible with older models of the ACE series. Similarly, earlier ACE coils do not work with Ace Apex.

Powerful battery and full sound control

The built-in lithium-ion battery offers up to 15 hours of runtime on a single charge. The device is charged using a Micro-USB cable, which is included in the set. In addition, the device is equipped with 8 levels of sensitivity and depth adjustment, volume control for the speaker and headphones, and a 1/8" jack connector for wired headphones.
