PYBS01 HMS PREMIUM is a set of four soft plyometric boxes of different dimensions.

The PYBS01 HMS boxes are made of durable materials that make them sturdy, yet soft enough from the outside to protect the exerciser from possible injury caused by impact. Turning each of the crates, we get three different heights, and at the same time a different training surface. Elements can be freely combined with each other and set on top of each other, without fear of the possibility of tipping over. This gives you the opportunity, continuous progression of skills and training. The boxes can withstand even the most intense workouts, and they are also resistant to sweat and moisture.

The main use of plyometric boxes, as the name suggests, was and is plyometric training. The purpose of this training is to increase muscle power and thus increase training possibilities. This training finds its application in every sport that requires speed, agility and reflexes. Chests, of course, can also be used for many other exercises, not related to plyometrics.
