History:
Announced in February 2020, the Ducati Superleggera V4 uses the Panigale V4 as its basis and places great emphasis on lightness. The covers, frame, control arm and wheels are carbon fiber components, and the power is supplied by a 998 cm3 V4 engine, which in combination with the Akrapovic exhaust system – gives an impressive 234 hp. The highly distinctive "biplane wings" on the front cover give the Superleggera V4 a strong visual identity and contribute to an impressive downforce of 50 kg at a speed of 270 km/h. Only 500 full-size Superleggera V4 units were available for sale, making this crystallization of Ducati's engineering and aerodynamic expertise truly elusive.
