History:

1998 was a year to remember in the world of motorcycles when Yamaha released the first YZF-R1. Developed to provide exciting speed on winding roads, it has proven to be a very popular motorcycle. In 2015, the latest YZF-R1 model was released, designed with a developed concept that would make it a more race-oriented motorcycle. The range includes the YZF-R1M, which benefits from Yamaha’s extensive MotoGP experience. It takes full advantage of the four-cylinder engine with 200 hp and 998 cm3 of power, offering a class-leading electronic package that supports the driver. The data logger and communication control module (CCU) record lap times and driving information, while carbon fiber covers further enhance performance.
