An undoubted advantage of TT-5/XFT multiswitches is the built-in pre-correction of characteristics - the slope of characteristics. This feature of the device, combined with the phenomenon of increased cable attenuation with increasing frequency, allows you to achieve equalization of signal levels on the subscriber socket.
