Combi-Steam mode

Discover a new way to cook by pairing steam with convection for juicy, quick and crispy results! Using sauce, water, broth, wine or any other liquid added to the ingredient pot, steam will saturate your food with moisture and flavor while cooking. Result? Perfectly cooked dishes that are tender and juicy inside, and crispy on the outside.

Prepare family meals in less than 30 minutes using Steam Meals, stacking the main course and toppings on a 2-tier griddle to create complete, delicious one-pot dishes. Try Moroccan lamb steaks with Tenderst broccoli and fluffy couscous, or perfectly cooked cordon bleu chicken with smoked ham and cheese, delicate beans and buttery puree.

Steaming (Steam Air Fry) crispy vegetables and fresh or frozen products, such as salmon fillets, using steam-infused air without drying them out – enjoy fried dishes without feeling guilty, which are juicy inside and crispy outside. It's also the perfect solution for quickly preparing lasagna with a bubbling cheese top.

Cooking Mode Under Pressure

Cook under pressure up to 70% faster than traditional cooking methods*. Pressure cooking uses highly heated steam to quickly prepare delicate dishes – ideal for softening large pieces of meat, enjoy a juicy beef brisket or pork in a much shorter time.

Hot Frying Mode (Air Fry)

Fry crispy foods with or without minimal oil – up to 75% less fat than traditional frying methods**. Prepare everything from golden fries, sweet potatoes and vegetable mixes to fish sticks, chicken wings and salmon fillets.

In Hot Frying mode, you can also choose from other convection functions and plate type. The possibilities are endless!

It includes a 7,5-liter pot with ceramic coating that can hold up to 3 kg of roast, a 4,7-liter Cook & Crisp basket with ceramic coating that holds 1,8 kg of fries, and a two-tier reversible grate – perfect for stacking ingredients to cook complete meals on 3 levels or for picking up food for steaming, baking and grilling.
