MeinHans offers two pressure levels: about 1,4 bar for more delicate cooking and up to 1,8 bar for more demanding dishes such as meat, poultry, soups, stews, potatoes or cereals. Electronics controls the process, and you can take care of other things.

Therefore, MD 1000 allows to fry at temperatures up to 170°C, to cook under pressure, prepare steamed dishes and use the Slow Cook program in the range of 75 to 95°C. There is also a Sous Vide with the possibility of setting the temperature from 40 to 95°C. One device gives you the freedom to tailor the method to a specific recipe.

⭐ Large removable pot has a capacity of 6 liters, however, for safety reasons the maximum number of products and liquid during operation is 4 liters. This is enough to conveniently prepare a larger portion of dinner, soup czy goulash. The device can replace up to 9 different kitchen appliances.
