Very even heat distribution

Roestvrijstalen pan is a Tri-ply pan, which means that it consists of three layers of metal. The outer layer is made of 18/0 RVS and the inner layer is made of high quality 18/10 RVS. The bottom is unique: the aluminum layer is enclosed between two layers of high-quality roestvrij staal. Thanks to this, the ingredients heat up evenly. This layer reaches all the way to the edge of the pan. Even if you want to fry meat on a swaying ship, you will get an evenly baked piece of meat on the table in no time. The outer layer is made of RVS, making the pan very strong and suitable for induction.

Avoid thermal shocks to prevent the pan from distorting. Do not put the cold pan on full gauze and do not put the hot pan under cold water. It's really simple, isn't it?

Keeps you warm very well

This pan can withstand high temperatures and is therefore very suitable for frying and baking vegetables, fish, meat, potatoes, meatballs, pancakes or wraps and preparing delicious paella or toast. You can use this pan on any heat source, and also put it in the oven with confidence. Thanks to the additional thick base (2,5 millimeters), it will not distort on induction, as long as you gradually increase the heat supply.

Compatible heat sources

This pan works on any heat source: gas, ceramics, halogen, induction and oven. For true adventurers, thanks to the magnetic stainless steel outer layer, it works even on an open fire or grill without any problems.

Is the stainless steel pan suitable for induction? Yes. Definitely. With a magnetic outer layer, the stainless steel pan and your induction hob are true friends. Always lift the pan when you want to move it - sliding over the glass will cause scratches. Note: These pans are designed for use on a standard home induction hob with a power of up to 2 500W per zone.
