Cooking milk, preparing pudding, or melting chocolate in a regular pot often results in a burnt bottom and difficult scrubbing. The Karl Hausmann pot solves this problem with its water jacket system. Before cooking, simply pour water into the space between the walls (through the opening under the whistle). This ensures even and gentle heat distribution, preventing milk from sticking to the bottom.

This model has a utility capacity of 1,2 L, which is an ideal amount for preparing breakfast for the whole family. The internal measuring cup makes it easy to dispense, and the matched lid speeds up the heating process, saving energy.
