✅ Maintenance and use of stainless steel products:
1. Before the first use, the dish should be washed in warm water with liquid.
2. The size of the burner or heating surface should correspond to the size of the bottom of the vessel, the flame should not heat the walls.
3. Do not pour salt into an empty pot or into cold water, this can cause corrosion (water should be salted only after boiling).
4. Never heat empty pots.
5. Do not pour cold water into hot dishes, this may cause deformation or discoloration.
6. Before washing, leave the dish to cool, in the case of burnt residues, you can pour warm water and leave them to soften.
7. Do not use rough sponges or cleaners with metal fibers or harsh cleaning agents.
8. Bright stains on the bottom of pots can be removed with citric acid or vinegar, for dark spots we recommend using a stainless steel cleaner/maintenance agent.
9. It is not recommended to store food with high acidity, such as tomatoes or citrus, in a pot for a long time. Acidic foods can react with stainless steel, which can lead to discoloration or pitting.
