• 500 g chicken breast (cube)
• 1 onion, 1 zucchini (cube), 1 can of tomatoes
• 200 ml of broth or water
• 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation:

1. In oil, vitrify the onion (3 to 4 minutes).
2. Add chicken, fry for 5 minutes.

5. Add zucchini, simmer covered for 10 to 12 minutes.

1. In oil, fry sausage with onion (5 min), add garlic.
2. Toss vegetables, spices and concentrate – fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Pour the broth, add the leaf and herb. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
4. Season to taste and serve hot.
