How to cook food properly in stainless steel pots?

Be careful not to overheat the dish, as this can cause stainless steel pots to stain. Also, pots do not like large temperature differences. Do not pour cold water into a hot pot. When cooking on a gas stove, adjust the size of the flame to the diameter of the pot so that the flame does not cover its walls. How to clean stainless steel pots?
