1. What should I do before using stainless steel pots for the first time?

✔ Before the first use, add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 liter of water to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then pour out the water, wash the pot in warm water with the addition of dishwashing liquid, then rinse the pot thoroughly with hot water and dry with a soft dry cloth.

2. How to use the pot correctly?

✔ The size of the vessel used should match the size of the burner. If you are using a gas stove, pay attention to whether the flame does not cover the walls of the dish – this can cause discoloration. Always add salt after boiling water. If you pour salt into cold water or an empty dish, stains may appear on the pots. When cooking food, always use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils.

3. How to clean stainless steel pots?

✔ After each use, first wash them in warm water, using the soft side of the sponge and dishwashing liquid. Dried or burnt food residues, should be soaked in water before washing

Remember, never:

❌ Do not heat an empty pot.

❌ Do not overheat the pot as this may cause discoloration.

❌ Do not pour cold water into a hot pot.

❌ Do not use corrosive agents, sharp scrapers and wire brushes to wash, which instead of cleaning, destroy the surface of the dish.

❌ It is not recommended to store food with high acidity in a pot for a long time

❗ In exceptional cases, stains of different colors may appear at the bottom of the pot immediately after cooking. This is not a factory defect, but the effect of deposition of minerals contained in water on the walls of vessels. These stains are not harmful, they can easily be removed by washing in water with the addition of vinegar or citric acid (bright spots) or stainless steel cleaners (durable and dark spots).
