Instructions for use of pasta machine (6 steps)

1. Preparation of dough

3. Attachment of the machine

Attach the razor firmly to the countertop with a clamp. The thickness of the table top should not exceed 45 mm.

4. Thickness setting

Set the thickness adjustment knob to 6 (or other as needed).

5. Cake Rolling

Put the dough through the rollers of the razor to get an even lobe of the desired thickness.

6. Slicing pasta
