How to make juice in a juicer step by step

1. Thoroughly wash the fruit, dry and remove peduncles, tails or seed nests. Larger fruits, such as apples, pears, cut into smaller pieces. Small fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, etc. ) you can throw in full.

2. Pot filled with water (1/3 of the height) set on the stove.

3. Then apply the remaining dishes - a pot for collecting juice and a fruit tank. Fill the fruit with sugar.

4. Apply a glass lid to the pot.

5. Clamp the hose and turn on the stove. Bring the water to a boil.

6. After just a few minutes, the fruit will start to let go of the juice (time depends on the hardness and ripeness of the fruit). When the juice begins to collect in the middle pot, unlock the hose.

7. The juice will begin to flow into the substituted vessel. Bottles or jars with ready-made juice pasteurize in a pot for cooking jars. You can use the remaining pulp to make jam.
