TechniSat TECHNIRADIO SOLAR 2 is an armored and universal portable radio designed for the toughest outdoor conditions, receiving noise-free DAB+ digital stations and traditional FM analogue stations. Independence from mains power is guaranteed by an efficient, integrated battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, which can be charged in as many as three ways: via a USB cable, a built-in solar panel or an integrated generator with a manual crank! The device is also equipped with a strong flashlight, IPX4 splash certificate and powerbank function, used to emergency charge the phone from the radio battery.

⚙ How does it work?

Before the trip, you can charge the radio by connecting it to a charger (USB-C), which takes approx. 4 hours. While in the field, you play the radio via approx. 25 hours on a fully charged battery. When the energy supply drops, expose the top of the radio to the sun so that the solar panel charges it itself. In extreme situations, it is enough to pull out the crank hidden on the back of the housing and spin it for a few moments to generate the energy needed to illuminate the screen, receive messages from the radio or send an emergency message S.O.S (flashlight). To save your favorite shows, the radio offers fast memory (10 for DAB+ stations and 10 for FM).
