Q: Do I have to buy batteries for the printer and how long will they last?

A: The printer has a built-in battery with a capacity of 1200 mAh, which allows for 4 hours of uninterrupted operation. The battery is charged via USB. The printer does not require buying and replacing batteries.

Q: The printout is not compatible with the design in the app, is crooked, or goes beyond the label field.

A: Make sure that the label roll is simply placed in the printer and that the white space between the labels protrudes beyond the 1-3 mm cutter before printing.

Q: How do I know if I have the correct label size selected in the app?

A: When changing the label, the printer itself recognizes the size of the label and sends this information to the application. Changing the roll does not require additional changes to the printer settings.

Q: Can you print your own graphics on the printer or only those available in the application?

A: Of course, in addition to the built-in gallery, you can also add your own graphics in the project. However, it should be remembered that the labels themselves are small in size and more detailed graphics such as e.g. Pictures may not be as clear as we would expect.

Q: Does the printer support polish characters?

A: Yes. Most of the fonts in the app support polish characters.

Q: Are the labeled containers, dishes dishwasher safe?

A: The labels are made of sturdy laminated thermal film. They can be washed in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius.
